Resitab offers a growing suite of integration tools to facilitate the set-up of your system and simplify your day-to-day workflows.
We understand the value of your time, so we have built in Resitab’s capacity to integrate with a diverse range of systems for greater operational efficiencies.
Alleviate your administrative load and tighten data security through integrations with other systems at your site, including Microsoft AD Azure, SSO processes, Aruba Clearpass, Extreme Networks and more.
Automate your data collection so you can remain focused on delivering resident-centred care.
Resitab integrates with AzureAD
Resitab communicates with Microsoft Active Directory or AD Azure to sync your staff, visitor and resident profiles. This allows you to fast-track sign in for your residents, visitors and staff using:
- QuickPINs: Issue a short numeric or alphabetical PIN to sign in and out
- QR codes: Issue a QR code keyring to scan in and out of your facility
- RFID & NFC tap cards: Use existing passes or Resitab key fobs to tap in and out (Resitab RFID scanner required)
- Barcodes: Scan barcodes on existing facility cards to sign in and out. Resitab can recognise most existing barcodes
Simplify staff access with Single Sign On (SSO)
Single Sign On (SSO) allows you to provide secure access to the Resitab dashboard for diverse levels of facility staff, from head office and management to permanent and relief staff.
Our customised permissions manage access so each staff member has visibility of information appropriate to their role, functions and reports.
Resitab supports best practice Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 to authenticate users’ access as well as identity providers (IdPs) using this standard, including Bitium, Centrify, Google, Microsoft Active Directory, miniOrange, okta, onelogin, Ping and Salesforce.
Deliver secure wi-fi with Aruba ClearPass & Extreme Networks secure guest Wi-Fi access
Resitab integrates effectively with Aruba ClearPass and Extreme Networks to provide secure wi-fi access to your visitors, allied health, relief staff and contractors.
When a visitor signs in, Resitab sends them an automated email or SMS message with Wi-Fi access credentials to connect to your network. It links these credentials to their profile for identification purposes. When the visitor signs out, network access is terminated but their activity history is retained.
Facility administrators can view individual visitor’s online activity, offering a significant advantage over anonymous shared network access. Automating the issuing of Wi-Fi credentials also removes the need for facility staff to provide visitor access, reducing your administrative load.
Customise your integration capability through the Resitab interface
Resitab’s Application Programming Interface (API) allows applications to communicate with one another. With approved access to the Resitab API, you can design and build your own integrations with any platforms you choose.
Alternatively, the Resitab development team can create customised integrations according to your needs. Please note, these services will be quoted separately.
